At Otisa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your swimwear, we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Returns
You may return any unworn and unwashed swimwear within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
All returned items must be in their original condition with tags and hygiene liners intact.
Please ensure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer service team at otisaswim@gmail.com to request a return authorisation.
Pack your swimwear securely in its original packaging, including the packing slip or order confirmation.
Ship your return to Otisa Swim.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Exchanges
We're happy to offer exchanges for a different size or style, subject to availability. If the item you want is no longer in stock, we'll issue a refund instead.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. This includes exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will cover the return shipping costs and issue a replacement or refund as needed.
